Lab/terrier female puppy in Richmond, VA

My name is Diondra and I am unfortunately unable to keep my 3 month old puppy kuwala. She is 3 months has all of her first set of shots and is spayed. She was to young for the rabies shot so that is the only one she would need probably now. She isn't house trained yet but I have been crate trading her and trying to work with her when I can but since my work schedule is so crazy I no longer have the time she needs to be trained properly. she's very sweet loves attention hates being alone and since she is a puppy of course she loves to play and is teething. she may do a little whining and barking here and there but like I said she's a puppy. She is a Labrador mix with unknown terrier they said she is expected to get between 26-40 pounds.
